C4 ARMORY — LIMITED 12‑MONTH REPAIR WARRANTY

Coverage

C4 Armory warrants to the original retail purchaser that, for 12 months from the purchase date, we will repair damage or defects resulting from normal use with intended ammunition and in accordance with the product recommendations.

Definitions

Intended ammunition: commercially manufactured, SAAMI‑spec ammunition or ammunition expressly authorized. Use of reloaded, hand‑loaded, or non‑specified ammunition voids this warranty.
Intended firing schedule/normal use: the rate, duration, and purpose described. Use outside those guidelines is excluded.

Cost, Parts & Shipping

Repair fee: $25 per authorized repair.
Customer pays inbound shipping unless dropping the product off at C4 Armory. If a warranty claim is validated, Company will pay standard ground return shipping; expedited/insured returns are at customer expense. Company is not responsible for damage occurring during customer shipment to our facility.
Replacement parts may be new or refurbished. Consumable/wear items are excluded unless expressly covered.

Exclusions

Damage from neglect, abuse, misuse, accident, improper storage/maintenance, corrosion, unauthorized modification/repair, improper assembly, or use of non‑specified ammunition.
Cosmetic wear not affecting function, loss/theft, and accessories not manufactured by C4 Armory.
Unsafe returns (products must be returned in safe condition); Company may refuse unsafe shipments.

Unrepairable or Discontinued Items

If repair is not possible or parts are unavailable, Company may replace with an equivalent product.

Limitations & Transferability

Warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is not transferable.
Remedies are limited to repair. Company disclaims other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Incidental and consequential damages are excluded where allowed.

Claims Procedure

Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) from C4 Armory before shipping. Provide proof of purchase, model and serial number, description of damage, and photos if requested. Unapproved returns may be refused.

Additional

Typical repair turnaround: 2–4 weeks subject to parts availability.
Warranty void if serial number is removed or altered.
This warranty does not guarantee accuracy or performance beyond basic function. Some limitations may not apply where prohibited by law.
